We use several delivery partners (including FedEx, UPS and USPS) to deliver our products. We have been working with our carriers to plan for the expected surge in shipping volume this holiday season, but delays are still to be expected. While we will always do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates for you, high shipping volumes may result in delays to those estimates. Additionally, the shipping carriers may also be experiencing a lag in updating tracking information. We will continue to process and ship orders within a few business days and send order and shipping updates as we receive them. We thank you for being a valued customer and appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.
What is your shipping policy?
All domestic orders will ship for a flat rate shipping charge, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders over $50.00 will receive free shipping within the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Free shipping offers are only valid on online orders at the time of purchase and the order subtotal must be over the advertised dollar amount after discounts and before taxes to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping offers may be excluded from certain product categories such as dumbbells and weighted items.
International shipping rates apply to customers outside of the USA. Oversize shipping charges apply within the USA and Internationally.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days then please allow up to one week transit time within the USA.
We are continuing to monitor the circumstances of COVID-19, which may impact the timing of your delivery. Please allow for an additional 5-7 business days for order processing and delivery.
What is your return policy?
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do, however we gladly accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise in resalable condition (all tags and packaging attached) for a refund within 14 days of receipt, subject to and in accordance with our Return Policy.
Please note that all shipping costs are not refundable.
Sale and clearance items are final sale.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Please allow 14 days for us to receive, review and process your return if eligible. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.

My product came damaged, what should I do?
If you have received a defective item please check our Return Policy for procedures on how to return the item to us for an exchange.
